gtkVUMeter for Linux : gtkVUMeter is a VU Meter for gtk+.
gtkVUMeter is a VU Meter for gtk+. It works with gtk 2.0 and 1.2 and provides a simple one channel audio meter. The minimum and maximum levels are configureable and default to 32767 which is correct for 16 bit signed wavefiles. I have also written an xmms plugin with the 1.2 version which is available below.
