JFreeChart is an open source and freely distributed software project written entirely in the Java programming language and designed from the ground up to be used for generating all sorts of charts under any Linux kernel-based operating system. The application supports all sorts of charts, including pie charts (2D and 3D), meter charts, time series charts, symbol charts, combination charts, candle stick charts, as well as bar charts (stacked or regular, with an optional 3D effect).
