RasPlex is an open source and freely distributed software project whose main goal is to provide users with a port of the famous Plex Home Theater software on the Raspberry Pi mini computer. It can be used to connect to a Plex Media Server app and watch movies on a connected TV. It’s a community driven project lead by Dale Hamel, with some extra help from several members of the Plex community. It supports Linux, Microsoft Windows and Max OS X operating systems. The software is available for download as an IMG file archived with the GZ compression method.
