NewsFeed is a free, fast, open source and multiplatform graphical software implemented in Python around the Tcl/Tk toolkit, designed from the offset to act as a RSS, RDF and Atom feed reader and aggregator. It does not requires an installation, easily syncs the state of the feeds between different machines, a live search function, audio notifications, keyboard shortcuts, live searches, and OPML import and export. In addition, the application features simple HTML rendering, browser-like back button, ability to mark items as important, support for RSS 2.0 enclosures, proxy support, and remembers its window size and position.
