QPSPManager (also known as The PSP Manager) is an open source, free and multi-platform graphical application that has been designed from the offset to act as a PBP (.pbp) file manager for the Sony PSP gaming console. The application allows users to select custom music, video, background and icon files to use in the menu. With QPSPManager, you will also be able to backup savegames, as well as to set a custom background image for your PSP menu using PNG, AT3 or PMF files. It can unpack PBP files and automatically extracts the background and icon files from sources, extracts the games name, as well as the ELF of the PBP file.
