Murka is a free, cross-platform and open source command-line software that helps users to easily solve the Phylogeny problem, simply by using Median Networks. It includes heuristic methods, exact algorithms, as well as a Steiner problem solver. Murka’s input provides a reversible and an alignment stepmatrix, and the output offers (sub)optimal trees and several combinations of them.
